We have several great yoga workshops and courses lined up and new classes starting in April and May.

Sunday 23rd April 11-1pm - The Power of Breath with Naomi
Saturday 29th April 11-1pm - Men’s Yoga with Peter
Sunday 21st May 11-1pm - Stress and Anxiety Relief with Naomi
New yoga courses:
3 week Yoga and Contemporary Dance Session with Claire from Friday 12 - 26th May, 7:15-8:15pm
4 week Yoga for Posture and Spinal Strength course with Cecilia from Saturday 3rd - 24th June, 11:15-12:30pm
Natasha is starting a new Saturday evening class from 6-7pm from 22nd April. She's a qualified physiotherapist and teaches classical yoga - emphasising mindfulness and conscious movement with a holistic embodiment.
And finally, Ella is taking over Maria’s Thursday evening class from 7:30 - 8:30pm from 4th May. This will be a community Vinyasa Flow class.
