Come a long to this enjoyable 2-hour yoga class for relaxation and stress relief at our tranquil studio in the heart of Bristol. This session is taught by the owner of Bristol Yoga Centre, Naomi Hayama. The profits from this event will be donated to Bristol Mind, Mental Health Charity.
Stress is a common phenomenon in the modern day living. Yoga can help you feel more energised and relaxed so that you can deal with life’s many challenges.
We will explore different yoga practices such as pranayama (breathing), restorative postures and relaxation methods. We will also do gentle limbering movements and sequences to get rid of excess energy and reduce anxiety and tension. This afternoon class should leave you feeling relaxed, balanced and calm.
Everyone welcome including complete beginners. Please wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move easily. The class will be kept to a small group size so that you can receive maximum attention and benefit.
