Using yoga, mindfulness meditation and relaxation techniques, we will explore how to truly be with ourselves so that we can connect and grow with steadiness and ease. We will learn simple and effective techniques to be more present and mindful in our practice and everyday life.
Naomi Hayama has taught yoga for over 16 years and teaches weekly community mindfulness meditation and yoga classes.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of students including beginners and those with more experience. Please wear comfortable clothes that you can freely move in and avoid eating large meal prior to the class.
