Each moon cycle brings with it the opportunity to tune into our inner world and the natural world. The New Moon is associated with heightened emotions and lower energy. It is an important time to be kind to yourself. It also offers an opportunity to be introspective and intentional as we move into the next cycle. This new moon restorative session will offer a safe and supportive space for you to do so. If you want to feel more connected to natural cycles or generally to take time to pause and be present join us for some gentle movement, time for journaling and restorative yoga.
This session with Aimee will include guided cleansing breath and gentle movement. There will be time for journaling and reflection. We will then slowly move through positions which will explore your range of movement whilst using as many bolsters and blankets as you would like for support, helping you to relax the nervous system and release tension.
