Gentle Yoga and Meditation for Peace with Naomi

This class is part of the Yoga for Peace Movement organised by the Bristish Wheel of Yoga, intended to harness yoga's power to release tension and cultivate calm, creating personal and communal healing. 

We have chosen a gentle and inclusive form of yoga and meditation practice to foster a welcoming environment where everyone can unite in the shared intention of peace and hope. 

Suggested donation amount is £5 or £4 for concessions but you can also register for free if you cannot afford the fee. All proceed will be going to a local charity, Bristol Mind.
