It’s International Women’s Day and to celebrate Claire is hosting a wonderful afternoon yoga class.
This is a gentle and restorative yoga class suitable for all women, from pregnancy through to menopause. This session will provides a safe and nourishing space for women during all stages of their journey.

You’re welcome to discuss your health issues with Claire in advance prior to the session so that she can suggest and advice you on modifications.
All levels of students including beginners welcome.
