New Ashtanga Class

Kate Lemon is taking over Christine’s Ashtanga yoga class on Thursday 6-7pm from 4th January 2024. She also teaches our weekly community flow yoga on Saturday 9:30-10:30am and runs Yoga Basics course regularly (next one scheduled on 6th and 20th January). Kate’s passionate about teaching the benefits of yoga to everyone.

We also have a morning Ashtanga class with Aimee every Tuesday from 7:30-8:30am.

Ashtanga Yoga is a vigorous form of Hatha Yoga that follows a set sequence of postures (asanas), joined together through the synchronisation of movement and breath (vinyasa). It is often referred to as a moving meditation, helping students to become stronger and more flexible, while simultaneously calming the mind.

New Yoga Teacher: Shauni Cunningham

New Yoga Teacher Shauna Cunningham

We’re pleased to welcome a new yoga teacher, Shauni with the re-opening of our studio happening very soon. She will be teaching Dynamic Flow on Tuesdays from 12:30 - 1:30pm and Hatha Yoga on Wednesdays from 4:45 - 5:45pm. Both her classes will be available for in person and online streaming via Zoom.

Shauni has a deep passion for sports and movement practices and specialises in Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin and Aerial yoga. She is currently completing a Masters in Sport and Performance Psychology and working through a Certificate IV in Pilates Matwork and Reformer. She is passionate about yoga and looks forward to sharing her knowledge with you all!
