We are starting a new 12 weeks course on Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs course from Tuesday 14th November at 2:15 - 3:30pm.
This course is taught by Sara-Jo who has recently completed the comprehensive teacher training course on Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs. ‘Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs’ programme has been proven effective for chronic low back pain by The University of York (Department of Health Sciences) research.

I'm really happy to announce our new therapeutic class, Yoga for Backs starting from Tuesday 12th September at 4:30 - 5:30pm at the Bristol Yoga Centre. This is a specialist class designed for back care and general wellbeing.
Sara-Jo will also be starting Yoga for Healthy Lover Backs course in November 2017. This is a comprehensive 12 week yoga course covering postural improvements, mental focus, and relaxation techniques that can be used to support your daily life.
