Monday 10:15-11:15am Mum and baby (postnatal) yoga with Claire - Starts 15th January
Thursday 5:30 - 6:30pm Ashtanga yoga with Kate *New time
Thursday 6:45 - 7:45pm Flow and Restore Yoga with Cecilia
Sunday 9:30-10:30am Vinyasa Flow with Ella - starting 28th January
Beginners and more experienced students are all welcome. Most of the classes are available both in person and online. We’re also planning to offer a new monthly community yoga class on Monday evening and more information will follow soon.
