Vision Yoga: For Eyes, Mind and Body

Through Yoga, Bates Method and Somatic Movement, we’ll explore the intimate connection between eyes, mind and body, and demonstrate how Vision Yoga can enhance your eyesight and wellbeing.

Vision Yoga is also great for helping to develop hand-eye coordination for dance, sports and improving Yoga practice.

It is also beneficial for creative people that want to harness their imagination and expand their way of seeing.

Similar to EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) therapy, it can be helpful for releasing old emotions, tensions and traumatic experience slowly and gently. You can read more on Eyes and Emotion.

This class is suitable for all levels of students including beginners. No previous experience of yoga is necessary.
