Yoga and Handstands with Peter and Oli on 10th March from 1-4pm

Backbend for Beginners with Cecilia on 11th May from 11-12:30pm
Yoga workshops are great way to spend a little longer focusing on interesting topics to deepen your knowledge and practice. Most of the workshops are suitable for beginners and more experienced students.
New Community Class from November
Our Yin and Yang class with Tash on Wednesday evening at 7:30 - 8:45pm is turning into community class from 7th November. This is a donation based class and you can pay what you can afford. At Bristol Yoga Centre, we believe that classes should be accessible to everyone. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.

Wednesday 10:00 -11:00am - Mindfulness Meditation with Naomi
Wednesday 19:30 - 20:45pm - Yin & Yang Yoga with Tash (7th November 2018)
Saturdays 11:30 - 12:45pm - Krama Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Vicky
Absolutely everyone’s very welcome but we especially invite people on low or no-income, benefits, refugees & asylum seekers. Classes are suitable for all levels of students including beginners.

MoveGB Welcome!
We welcome MoveGB students and most of our classes are available for MoveGB users at the Bristol Yoga Centre. We have lots of different styles of yoga and pilates such as prenatal and postnatal pilates to Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Please see our page for more details on which classes are available.
Simply book through MoveGB and come along to our lovely class. Please bring your booking confirmation with you to the class.
