Wednesday Afternoon Yin Yoga
We have a weekly Wednesday afternoon Yin Yoga with Emilia at the Bristol Yoga Centre. Mindful Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures held for longer periods of time between 3 to 5 minutes. The passive nature of long held postures gives time for a deeper journey to unfold into the meditative aspects of yoga.
Emilia also teaches monthly Mindful Yin yoga workshops on Saturdays which is always very popular. One of the regulars said:
‘I came out of the Saturday workshop as if I'd been on retreat for a weekend! I walked up the road afterwards and just sat for half an hour in blissful calm.’
Come and try her weekly yin class, it’s a great way to unwind after work. This class is available for drop in, MoveGB, 5 class pass and term bookings.

Thursday 16:30 – 17:30pm Gentle Yoga with Pauline Hambelton-Hopf (from 11th May 2017)
Pauline is a fantastic teacher and has been teaching yoga for 15 years! She has taught many beginners during this time and will help you get started.
We also offer Restorative Yoga class on Wednesday at 19:30 – 20:45pm. This is another great class for beginners as the class is slower in pace and focuses on alignment and relaxation.
Most of our classes are available for drop in so you can try the class before committing to a term or buying a multi-card. See here for details on our class prices. Please try to come 10 mins before the class and let the teacher know you are new to Yoga or Pilates. Then they can ensure you get the appropriate instructions and enjoy your first class. If you have any health issues, it is helpful to discuss with the teacher in advance.
