New Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class

October 24, 2019 Naomi Hayama
New Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher, Amanda at the Bristol Yoga Centre

A Vinyasa class with Amanda is a journey of self discovery. The class begins by turning inward to listen to the bodies innate wisdom. The sequence begins slowly with a gentle warming of the body to prepare for a deeper dynamic flow. Once the peak has been climbed she will guide you down to a nourishing set of restorative poses designed to release any deep seated tension you may be carrying. Sprinkled with humour and fun, Amanda brings her unique style to the art of yoga, encouraging you to follow your own pace and bodies needs.

Her new weekly Vinyasa Flow Yoga class is on every Wednesday from 19:30 - 20:30pm starting from 30th October 2019. This class is closed from 11th December until 22nd January and will restart from 5th February 2020.

New Wednesday Morning Yoga class

March 25, 2019 Naomi Hayama
Dynamic Core Yoga with Shuna on Wednesday morning at 7-8am at the Bristol Yoga Centre

Shuna’s Wednesday morning yoga class is moving to an earlier time so that you can have more time to get to work. From 3rd April 2019, it will start at 7:00 - 8:00am and the class is called Dynamic Core Yoga.

It’s designed for those of you that are at a desk bound for most of the day. Start your morning reprogramming those postural habits of hunching with the back, straining your neck and shoulders by conditioning your core and spine. Inspired by the principles of Forrest yoga, developed over 40 years by Ana Forrest, this style of yoga is specifically designed to address your core and the physical and emotional stresses and challenges that we face in our modern lives.

Consistency is key to feeling and seeing those core muscles develop over the spring and summer.
