New and Full Moon Restorative Yoga with Aimee

We’ve just scheduled lots of new dates for Aimee’s new and full moon restorative yoga.

  • Full moon restorative Sunday 24th March

  • New moon Restorative Saturday 6th April

  • Full moon restorative Sunday 21st April

  • New Moon Restorative  Sunday 5th May 

  • Full Moon Restorative Saturday 22nd June

This session with Aimee will include guided cleansing breath and gentle movement. There will be time for journaling and reflection. We will then slowly move through positions which will explore your range of movement whilst using as many bolsters and blankets as you would like for support, helping you to relax the nervous system and release tension.

These sessions are from 2-3:30pm and costs £18 full price or £12 concessions.

We have several great yoga workshops and courses lined up and new classes starting in April and May.

Here are the upcoming yoga workshops:

  • Sunday 23rd April 11-1pm - The Power of Breath with Naomi

  • Saturday 29th April 11-1pm - Men’s Yoga with Peter

  • Sunday 21st May 11-1pm - Stress and Anxiety Relief with Naomi

New yoga courses:

  • 3 week Yoga and Contemporary Dance Session with Claire from Friday 12 - 26th May, 7:15-8:15pm

  • 4 week Yoga for Posture and Spinal Strength course with Cecilia from Saturday 3rd - 24th June, 11:15-12:30pm

Natasha is starting a new Saturday evening class from 6-7pm from 22nd April. She's a qualified physiotherapist and teaches classical yoga - emphasising mindfulness and conscious movement with a holistic embodiment.

And finally, Ella is taking over Maria’s Thursday evening class from 7:30 - 8:30pm from 4th May. This will be a community Vinyasa Flow class.

New Community Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class

Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class

Ella Vettori is starting a new weekly community vinyasa flow yoga from next Tuesday from 7:30 - 8:30pm. Ella’s yoga class involves controlled movements which challenges your strength, balance and flexibility. Breathing is a focus, which will help relieve stress by encouraging presence of mind. She’s currently studying at the Bristol University and her class is available online, in person and on MoveGB.

Our community classes are exactly the same as our other excellent classes but available at a reduced price. Everyone’s very welcome to attend and full listing of these classes can be found here. Yoga for Relaxation & Stress Relief

Yoga for Relaxation & Stress Relief Workshop with Naomi Hayama, the owner of Bristol Yoga Centre

We have just organised a new 2 hour relaxation and stress relief yoga session on Sunday 4th June 2017 from 2-4pm. The class is taught by Naomi Hayama at our new tranquil yoga studio, Bristol Yoga Centre. The profits from this event will be donated to Bristol Mind, Mental Health Charity.

All welcome including complete beginners. The class will be kept to a small group size so that you can receive maximum attention and benefit.
