Yoga for Backs Workshop

Yoga for backs workshop at the Bristol Yoga Centre with Sara-Jo

I'm excited to announce that Sara-Jo is doing a lovely Yoga for Backs workshop on Sunday 29th October from 11:00am -13:00pm. This is a therapeutic class focusing on alleviating and managing back problems. The class will end with a rejuvenating relaxation.

Sara-Jo teaches weekly yoga for backs class on Tuesdays at 16:30 - 17:30pm at the Bristol Yoga Centre and is one of the few registered teacher for Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs. She is also currently studying iRest Yoga Nidra, which is a highly effective relaxation technique.

The workshop will be a great way to get a taster of the Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs 12 Week Course that's starting in November. More information on this course will be available very soon on our website. In the mean time, feel free to contact Sara-Jo for more information.

Neck & Shoulder Tension Relief Workshop

Neck and shoulder tension relief workshop with Naomi at the Bristol Yoga Centre

New yoga workshop on neck and shoulder tension relief on Sunday 1st October with Naomi from 2-4pm! This is an enjoyable 2 hour therapeutic yoga workshop focusing on releasing upper body tension. 

Everyone including beginners and more experienced students are welcome and it's also available on MoveGB.

Kate Fox's popular monthly Scaravelli Yoga on Sundays are now back! We have two dates scheduled so far: Sunday 17th September & 15th October 2017 from 11:30 - 13:30pm.

New 8 week term at Bristol Yoga Centre

New term at the Bristol Yoga Centre

From 11th September, a new 8 week term is starting at the Bristol Yoga Centre. Signing up for the term is cheapest and best way to come to our classes. All you need to do is find the class that you want to regularly attend and contact the teacher for a booking form.  

Most of our classes accept MoveGB and we welcome drop in students too. We also offer 5 class pack that can be bought in the studio in class. To see our different payment option click here.

We've just uploaded our new timetable and there will be a full schedule from September now that all our teachers are back from their holidays. Please click on the image for our downloadable & printable timetable.

New Yoga for Backs Class & Yoga for Healthy Backs Course

Yoga for Backs and wellbeing class & Yoga for Healthy Backs course at the Bristol Yoga Centre for all levels including beginners

I'm really happy to announce our new therapeutic class, Yoga for Backs starting from Tuesday 12th September at 4:30 - 5:30pm at the Bristol Yoga Centre. This is a specialist class designed for back care and general wellbeing.

Sara-Jo will also be starting Yoga for Healthy Lover Backs course in November 2017. This is a comprehensive 12 week yoga course covering postural improvements, mental focus, and relaxation techniques that can be used to support your daily life.

New Energise Yoga Class with Sookhi

New Energise Yoga class with Sookhi from 7th September on Thursday evenings from 7:30 - 8:45pm. 

Sookhi has practiced Yoga for more than 15 years, having spent 3 years in India studying the in-depths of Yoga and Spirituality. As well as completing a year long diploma on ‘The Education of Yoga" at the renowned school Kaivalydhama near Pune.

Her class is suitable for everyone, and combines all different postures for flexibility, building the inner fire, and strengthening the whole body. Her way is soft and gentle, always mixing breath work, meditation and asanas in all her classes... Leaving you nothing but ready to bounce in the playground of life!

New Ashtanga Yoga Class

New Sunday Evening Yoga Class from September

Jo Patrick will be starting weekly Sunday evening yoga class from 17:45 - 19:00 pm on 3rd September at the Bristol Yoga Centre. Her class is called Yoga for Sports and it will help you to build strength, move with greater ease and help prevent injury.

Jo will guide you through a dynamic yoga class, that will flow through various asanas (poses) to improve flexibility, fascial patterning, functional movement, core stability, strength and balance.

Classes work within normal range of motion and are particularly good if you are interested in improving your quality of movement, building your performance in sport and bulletproofing your body for the future.
