We have new yoga teachers and classes starting from the New Year!
We also have monthly Kirtan session with Arianna starting in January 2018. Dates for Kirtan will be announced very soon! Please check our timetable for more information.
Arianna will also be teaching yoga workshop on creativity and positive change on Sunday 27th January from 2:30 - 5pm.

We have two iRest Yoga Nidra classes scheduled this term. This class is taught by Sara-Jo who recently completed iRest Teacher-in-Training Level 1, informed by the teachings of Richard Miller and the Integrative Restoration Institute. The upcoming dates are:
Saturday 18th November & 16th December from 11:30 - 12:30pm

I'm really pleased to announce a new Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher, Helena Wakefield starting at the Bristol Yoga centre from Thursday 9th November 2017.
Helena will be teaching a weekly Thursday morning class from 7:15 - 8:15am. Her classes are aimed to rejuvenate students, boosting emotional wellbeing by calming the mind and building body awareness.

Emilia is starting a new yoga class on Wednesday at 16:45 - 17:45pm from 11th October.
She teaches Prana Vinyasa Yoga which is based on Shiva Rea’s innovative and creative methods of teaching yoga to create a sense of lightness and joy on the mat and in everyday life. This is an energising and empowering style of yoga honouring one breath, one movement approach to deepen mind-body connection and increase strength and flexibility.

I'm really happy to announce our new therapeutic class, Yoga for Backs starting from Tuesday 12th September at 4:30 - 5:30pm at the Bristol Yoga Centre. This is a specialist class designed for back care and general wellbeing.
Sara-Jo will also be starting Yoga for Healthy Lover Backs course in November 2017. This is a comprehensive 12 week yoga course covering postural improvements, mental focus, and relaxation techniques that can be used to support your daily life.
New Energise Yoga class with Sookhi from 7th September on Thursday evenings from 7:30 - 8:45pm.
Sookhi has practiced Yoga for more than 15 years, having spent 3 years in India studying the in-depths of Yoga and Spirituality. As well as completing a year long diploma on ‘The Education of Yoga" at the renowned school Kaivalydhama near Pune.
Her class is suitable for everyone, and combines all different postures for flexibility, building the inner fire, and strengthening the whole body. Her way is soft and gentle, always mixing breath work, meditation and asanas in all her classes... Leaving you nothing but ready to bounce in the playground of life!
Christine will be starting a new Ashtanga yoga from September:
Her inspirational class will be energetic and strengthening but it will be suitable for all levels including beginners! See our timetable for more information.
Jo Patrick will be starting weekly Sunday evening yoga class from 17:45 - 19:00 pm on 3rd September at the Bristol Yoga Centre. Her class is called Yoga for Sports and it will help you to build strength, move with greater ease and help prevent injury.
Jo will guide you through a dynamic yoga class, that will flow through various asanas (poses) to improve flexibility, fascial patterning, functional movement, core stability, strength and balance.
Classes work within normal range of motion and are particularly good if you are interested in improving your quality of movement, building your performance in sport and bulletproofing your body for the future.
