We’re excited to announce our very first Yoga Retreat in Portugal with Naomi from 16-23rd October 2022. Experience an adventurous week in beautiful Portugal with like-minded people, delicious gourmet vegetarian cuisine, inspiring yoga classes, meditation, on-site massages and optional surf lessons.
Naomi will be offering twice daily yoga sessions and a friendly local surf teacher will be giving you a fun daily surf classes. If surfing isn’t your thing, there are other alternative activities to choose from: PADI certified scuba diving course, kitesurfing, SUP and kayaking. These guided activities are for 3 days during your retreat and are an alternative to surfing. (Please note these activities need to be booked in advance).

Our weekly prenatal Yoga and Pilates with Claire’s class time is changing from 4 - 5pm to 4:30 - 5:30pm from Monday 27th June.
This is a beautifully tailored prenatal class to support your pregnancy journey. Safe and effective exercises are combined with nourishing breathing techniques, deep relaxations and reassuring language to ensure you feel supported, equipped and focused.
Each session is designed to bring forth and enhance your skills in preparation for labour and beyond, whether you use the session as a much needed respite from your day or as a focused practice into motherhood
The class is available online and in person as well as on MoveGB. Please try to book in advance.
Tash is now back to teach weekly Wednesday night Yin and Yoga Nidra class from 7:30 - 8:30pm.
This class is a chance to find complete stillness within. Drawing on the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, we will work with the meridians of the body to create energy shifts.
It will end with Yoga Nidra, a deep, harmonious relaxation that reawakens our most compassionate self to leave us feeling reconnected to ourselves and the world around us. Each week will be guided by the seasons, weather and cyclical nature of the natural world to facilitate deeper healing.
All levels of experience welcome. Tash is also teaching Art of Breathing workshop on 16th July 2022 from 11am-1pm. Available in person and online. Please book in advance!

Maria Benazzo is starting a new Living Yoga Method (LYM) class from Thursday 7:30 - 8:30pm 19th May.
Maria is a qualified Living Yoga Method teacher, currently studying Advanced LYM Teacher Training to further cultivate her interest in breath work and deepen her understanding of the associated mental and physical benefits.
The Living Yoga Method is a branch of Hatha Yoga. Its creator, Steve Harrison, spent two decades researching, exploring and distilling what he learnt from his Master while in Rishikesh, India at the foothills of the Himalayas. The result is a practice that provides the tools to a happy and satisfying life that anyone can learn and integrate into their lives, therefore the name living yoga.

Ella Vettori is starting a new weekly community vinyasa flow yoga from next Tuesday from 7:30 - 8:30pm. Ella’s yoga class involves controlled movements which challenges your strength, balance and flexibility. Breathing is a focus, which will help relieve stress by encouraging presence of mind. She’s currently studying at the Bristol University and her class is available online, in person and on MoveGB.
