We've added more dates for Aimee's new and full moon restorative sessions the next one is this Saturday 6th April from 2-3:30pm. Cecilia is also going to be running a beginner's backbend class on Saturday 11th May from 11-12:30pm.
Kate has just scheduled new dates for her Yoga Basics course in September. Claire's lovely mum and baby yoga have successfully started and we are proud to be offering wide range of specialist classes.
Naomi's yoga retreat in Japan has now sold out but there are still spaces available in Chamonix in September. She will be away from 12th April to 10th May. Her Monday evening, Tuesday lunch time and Friday morning classes are covered by Travis and Hana. Her donation based mindfulness Meditation and community outdoor/indoor yoga class in Horfield will be closed during her time away.
New Ashtanga Class
Kate Lemon is taking over Christine’s Ashtanga yoga class on Thursday 6-7pm from 4th January 2024. She also teaches our weekly community flow yoga on Saturday 9:30-10:30am and runs Yoga Basics course regularly (next one scheduled on 6th and 20th January). Kate’s passionate about teaching the benefits of yoga to everyone.
We also have a morning Ashtanga class with Aimee every Tuesday from 7:30-8:30am.
Ashtanga Yoga is a vigorous form of Hatha Yoga that follows a set sequence of postures (asanas), joined together through the synchronisation of movement and breath (vinyasa). It is often referred to as a moving meditation, helping students to become stronger and more flexible, while simultaneously calming the mind.
Yoga Retreat 2024
We’re really excited to announce two exciting yoga retreat next year. Next spring, we’re doing a 7 night luxury yoga, hiking and spa holiday in Japan. This promise to be a once in a life time yoga retreat, spending one night in Tokyo and staying in two gorgeous Onsen, a traditional Japanese spa in a beautiful countryside.
We’re also returning to Chamonix for a 7 night retreat from 7-14 September for an amazing hiking, spa and yoga retreat in a new luxury chalet. You’ll also get a spa day and a complimentary full body massage. In both retreat the quality of the food will be outstanding, healthy and delicious :)

New Ashtanga Yoga class with Aimee
We’re please to welcome Aimee to our studio. Her Ashtanga yoga class is on Tuesday morning from 7:30 - 8:30am and you can join online or in person from 19th September
Aimee’s teaching is rooted in the Ashtanga Vinyasa primary series, which is an energetic set sequence of synchronised movement and breath designed to cleanse the body and focus the mind. She love adapting classes to make them accessible for beginners and exploring asana modifications for individuals, as she believe Ashtanga yoga can be for everyone.
Great way to start the day so come and join us :)

Natasha is starting a new Saturday evening class from 6-7pm from 22nd April. She's a qualified physiotherapist and teaches classical yoga - emphasising mindfulness and conscious movement with a holistic embodiment.
And finally, Ella is taking over Maria’s Thursday evening class from 7:30 - 8:30pm from 4th May. This will be a community Vinyasa Flow class.

New Women's Circle
Naomi is starting a new women’s circle workshop on Sunday 12th March from 11am-1pm.
She’ll guide you through nourishing mixture of gentle movement, breathing practice, relaxation and meditation. You’ll have the opportunity to share your thoughts and feelings in a safe and caring environment. This class is for women and those who identify as women. Beginners and experienced students welcome.
We are contemplating on offering this workshop as a monthly class and if you’re interested, please get in touch.

New Donation Based Mindfulness Meditation Class
We’re pleased to announce a new donation based Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga class with Naomi. This is a weekly class on Wednesday from 10-11am and suitable for all levels of students, including beginners.
Suggested donation amount is £5 or £4 for concessions but you can simply choose to pay what you can afford by selecting to register for free and paying what you can afford at the studio. Please bring cash along with you.
You won’t be turned away from lack of funds but we have limited spaces available, so please try and book in advance. Drop in students are welcome if there are spaces available in the class.
